Banyak kan cara makan dia...lagipun takde la rasa pelik ke hape...dia sedap je pun..Kalau korang tgh dalam prosess eat-clean atau nak jaga badan, boleh la jadikan Chia Seed ni antara makanan harian korang..banyak khasiatnya!
